In 3 seconds the script begins to plot the path of the spiral wave tip. Check "plot" to draw V(t) values at the blue circle position. Press mouse button to move the circle. Hold Shift-key to stimulate tissue. Use Alt- r, s, p, t keys to control the script

On 2D plane u values are displayed by the red color. 1 - w values are displayed by the green color. This script uses simple explicit algorithm and 512×512 float32 textures with the Neumann (CLAMP_TO_EDGE) boundary conditions. It makes 2 it time steps dt per frame. D = 0.001 cm²/ms.
